(RE)BUILD is a fully customizable, progressive strength program designed to meet you where you are at whether you have zero experience, some experience, or are pretty well versed in the resistance training realm and provide you the framework to take your skills and knowledge to the next level, and provide you with the exercise framework that will deliver results for 12 weeks and BEYOND!

THE WHAT

[RE]BUILD is a fully programmed 12-week progressive strength program. (Both Gym AND home-based workout cycles are included So really you are getting 24 months of programming for 1/2 the price!). As well as provided modifications to increase or decrease difficulty in order to have a truly customized programming experience.

THE WHY

Complete educational modules to learn WHY you’re doing what you’re doing and provide you the skills and tools necessary to build not only your toolbox but also your confidence so resistance training can be a consistent pillar of your health and fitness journey no matter what season of life you are in. 

THE HOW

This program walks you through step by step how to lay the internal groundwork so the external efforts last a lifetime. Movement cues and instruction, modifications, guidance on where to start, and how to progress, as well as video demonstration & form notes of EVERY movement programmed.
